Long Long is a Hong Kong triathlete who grew up with a love for sports. Starting off as a football player in primary school through to secondary, he stumbled upon triathlons by mistake. At age 13, Long Long was asked to run for the school cross-country team, as there weren’t enough runners. Following his success in the race, a local triathlon coach advised him to get some private run coaching to further improve his performance. Soon thereafter he joined the 26 Coaching Youth Development Squad where he was introduced to swimming and cycling which he found a liking for. In 2014 he started competing triathlons and has raced in both local and international races. He hopes to someday be able to represent Hong Kong internationally.
