AMO has an awesome returns policy. We want you to love every pair of sunglasses that you buy from us. But if you decide you don't want them after you've taken delivery, return them and we'll refund you.
Returns policy terms and conditions:
- If you are not happy with a Product then it must be returned within 14 days of receiving your Product(s) (the "Return Policy")
- Products must returned in a clean condition, without 'wear and tear' and not be damaged.
- Products must attach a 'tag' explaining why it is being returned, in the original packaging and in its original condition.AMO will not refund you the transportation costs and will only refund your the original purchase cost of the product.
- Products should be returned to the return address in the slip provided in the packing.
- Final Sale or promotional Products may not be returned.
- If AMO considers that you have 'abused' this return policy by for example ordering the whole range of Products to try on and then only purchasing one or two products then AMO at it sole discretion may refuse to implement the returns policy.
- If you purchase your products from a local agent, retail store or online webpage except www.amosunglasses.com, then you need to contact the party you purchased the Products from for their return policy. AMO is not responsible for the return of any Products purchased from third parties.
